Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and other
platforms we may launch.
  • Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content for our organic social media channels.
Moderate comments and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Design graphics for print, digital advertisements, and organic social posts.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and apply them to our strategies.
  • Build and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and relevant postings.
Craft regular email campaigns and manage their scheduling.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high-quality standard.
  • Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar social media role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in moderating and responding to social media comments and queries.
  • Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (Hootsuite preferable but not

required).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo and Zoho preferable but not required).
Knowledge of basic to mid-level content marketing principles.
