Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related courses
Proven hands-on working experience in social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency with social analytics tools especially on Facebook and Tiktok is required.
Outstanding oral and written communication, and impeccable time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc).
Proficiency with writing, photo like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) and video editing tools, digital media formats, presentation, and communication skills is a plus- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent social listening skills with the ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
Interact with users and ensure timely responses to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Assist in developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms (original text, images, or video) that can increase Pertua's brand awareness, build meaningful connections and encourage community members to engage or purchase.
Collaborate with the Ecommerce/Marketing Officer, marketing department, and other departments (technical, sales, etc.) to manage reputation and coordinate actions and responses.- Assist in the continuous improvement of Pertua's social media platforms by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience.
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics from all social media platforms.
- Attend events and produce live social media content.
