Job Description

Requirements:
  • Must reside near Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Office Location: Alabang Hills, West Service Rd., Muntinlupa City)
College graduate or completed two years of college education, preferably in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar or related service industry
Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities include:
  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Assist in creating and editing written, video, and photo content.
Attend events and produce live social media content.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Excellent in written & verbal communication

Job Type: Full-time
