Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our Hound Superfoods team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Brand Strategist to develop and implement an effective social media strategy that resonates with our target audience. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and analysing performance metrics to enhance our online presence.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Work closely with the Senior Brand Strategist to contribute to the development of a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative strategies to make a mark in the pet industry.
Content Creation and Execution:
Design, develop, and execute visually appealing and engaging content for various social media platforms, with a focus on building anticipation for the upcoming launch of Hound Superfoods products.
Create compelling captions and messaging that align with brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
Platform Management:
Manage and maintain Hound Superfoods presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Monitor comments, messages, and user-generated content, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Performance Monitoring:
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the success of social media campaigns and content.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency across all channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in social media management, preferably in the pet industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Proficient in using social media analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
