Job Title: Social Media Associate
A Social Media Associate is responsible for managing and enhancing an organization's online presence through social media platforms and with dept knowledge in the field of Medical. They create content, interact with users, analyze engagement data, and collaborate with other marketing team members to support the company's overall marketing strategy.
- 1. Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- 2. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement and positive interaction.
- 2. Strategy and Planning:
- 1. Assist in developing social media campaigns that align with the company's marketing goals and brand voice.
- 2. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend new strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- 3. Analytics and Reporting:
- 1. Track and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other social media analytics platforms.
- 2. Prepare regular reports on social media activities and performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
- Collaboration and Communication: Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media activities.
- 5. Additional Responsibilities:
- 1. Assist in the creation and management of social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and ad performance analysis.
- 2. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all social media activities reflect the company's values and enhance its reputation.
- 3. Assist in managing and mitigating social media crises by developing and implementing response strategies.
- Determining the nature of incoming emails and prioritizing them according to their importance.
- Screening incoming emails to determine whether they should be forwarded to the appropriate person or division
- Review incoming emails for items that require follow-up and make sure that the person or division involved can respond to the email sent to them.
- Ensuring that the email received is answered immediately and no pending emails are left unattended.
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns sent through email.
- Creating and sending emails to have centralized communication with the clients.
- Support the team in various marketing projects and initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
