Key Responsibilities:
Handle and maintain social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Repost stories and schedule regular content to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
Create captions, social media calendar, and plan monthly BAU (Business As Usual) social media initiatives like games and engagements.- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and stories.
Produce high-quality reels and artworks using tools such as Canva and CapCut.- Develop creative and captivating TikTok content, staying up-to-date with the latest trends to attract and engage our audience.
Foster a vibrant community by initiating and managing community-focused initiatives and games.- Actively reply to comments and engage with followers to build a loyal and interactive community.
Respond promptly and professionally to messages and inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.- Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
- 5. Influencer and PR Outreach:
Identify and reach out to relevant influencers to collaborate on promotional activities.- Manage the distribution of PR packages to influencers and media contacts to enhance brand exposure.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Proficient in writing engaging captions for social media posts.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., META)
Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.- Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate reports.
Basic knowledge of editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Familiarity with social media trends.
Previous experience in social media management or a related field is a plus.- Requirements: Resume and Portfolio
