Social Media and Content Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced part-time Social Media and Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in social media marketing on Instagram, and the ability to write engaging content for our blog and website. The position will require 4-6 hours per day, five days a week, and will report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and execute a social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

Manage social media campaigns and track their success, including regular reporting to the Marketing Manager

• Develop content for our website, including blog posts, articles, and product descriptions

Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members to develop effective marketing campaigns

Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content marketing

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation

Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work

• Experience with WordPress, SEO, and analytics tools

Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
