Position : Customer Support and Onboarding Coordinator
Working Hours : 5 days a week, flexible 8 working hours with 2-4 hours overlap to speak with the client, flexible to work early mornings (EST or PST time zone), late evenings (EST or PST timezone), and weekends are preferable as well (if working on weekends, will have 2 days off during the weekdays)
Salary : USD 1200 - 2,000

Responsibilities
- Manage Slack or Facebook community of veterinarians and increase engagement by answering questions, sending updates, and asking for feedback
- Design brand-appropriate assets on Canva for social media and marketing by using provided brand guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms
- Create and curate engaging content that is aligned with our brand's voice and mission
- Monitor and respond to user engagement and feedback on our social media channels
- Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partners
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that are aligned with our social media strategy
- Use data to track and measure the success of our social media efforts and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy
Requirements
- Tech savvy
- Prior experience with community management.
- Strong design skills and prior experience designing assets.
- Strong knowledge of Canva.
- Experience marketing to small businesses is a plus.
- High level of English proficiency (9/10); both written and verbal
- 2-7 years of experience in social media management or related positions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
