- Manages Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Posts new releases and promotions on the company's various social media portals
- Answers messages and comments on all social media portals
- Handles inquiries and customer concerns over the phone and via email
- Broadcasts new promos and pre-orders to the branches
- Gathers information about upcoming releases and new titles from reliable resources
7 Submits reports related to Social Media and other competitor activities
- Processes online orders of customers
- Assists in other Marketing tasks/events
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a graduate of Marketing/ Business Management/ Advertising or any business course-related
- Must be able to work long hours in front of a computer
- Must be alert, creative and analytical
- Must be able to work in different weather conditions and working in a busy and dynamic environment
- Must be able to handle stress and pressure
- Preferably at least a year of work experience as a Social Media Administrator but not required
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog, other language/s an advantage.
- Must be highly organized.
- Must possess a pleasing personality.
- Must be patient and organized.
