JOB SUMMARY:The Sneaker Support team lead is in charge of overall operations of Sneaker Support. This includes management of all shoe technicians, maintaining quality of work and exploring business opportunities.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-charge of day-to-day operations of Sneaker Support including but not limited to employee schedules and cleaning lead times.
- Responsible for maintaining sales data and other files needed
Maintains and improves quality of work and efficiency of all shoe technicians- Researches and executes new sneaker services to grow overall Sneaker Support business
Coordinates with other departments on schedules, sales etc.
- Communicates with external customers when needed
Trains operations team on correct procedure in accepting pairs for cleaning
- REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (skills, knowledge, etc.):
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)- Can communicate well with both internal and external customers
Has good presentation skills for staff training
College Graduate
Preferably with exposure to other shoe cleaning companies

Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
