Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BSECE, BS ME, BS ECE, BS CoE, or BSIE
At least 3 years experience in Engineering function on SMT, PCB Assembly, COB, Automotive Electronics, Semicon or Power Module.

Specifications:
  • Understands concepts of
SMT, COB, Automotive Electronics, Semicon or Power Module. Can do FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions and Technical Reports
  • With highly analytical skills to improve yield and recommend solutions

Job Type: Full-time
