Your Role
The Business Development Executive markets the bank products and identifies every business opportunity from each referred client and designs package that will ensure optimum profitability of the account and promotes further business relationship.
Your Impact
- Generated portfolio must be of good quality and income generating
- Scouts for potential clients from branch referrals, performs client calls and project visits
- Identifies every business opportunity from each referred client and designs package that will ensure optimum profitability of the account and promotes further business relationship
- Conducts client visits alone or jointly with supervisor or proposing Branch Manager and/or phones clients in accordance with bank standards
- Requests the property appraisal and/or credit investigation of the potential client and checks the appraisal and/or credit investigation reports prepared by CAS.
- Ensures that overall creditworthiness of account is established before presentation to the approving body.
- Prepares Application for Accommodation report in coordination with RSCC and LAD.
- Packages credit proposals in accordance with the guidelines of the bank, BSP and other regulatory agencies.
Your Profile
- Experience in handling SME Accounts for at least 1 year
- Proficient in Windows based programs (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Able to travel frequently and for extended period to provincial areas
