SME Account Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
2. Develops marketing strategies in line with company objectives.
3. Conducts marketing and solicitation activities and efforts covering his/her accounts
4. Offer bank products to individuals and business establishments in promoting bank services that may meet customers needs.
5. Responsible for handling all clients in implementing rules and regulations.
6. Receives/secure signed loan applications and other documentary requirements.
7. Encodes borrowers personal information, CIS, Loan Data and Loan Account in Webloan System.
8. Responsible for the preparation of Detailed Loan Proposal, Cash Flow Analysis and Credit evaluation documents Checks and reviews necessary loan documentary requirements
9. Conduct comprehensive credit and character investigation to all qualified loan applicants.
10. Request credit inquiry with credit bureaus.
11. Submits timely and accurate loan files.
12. Recommended loan application and secure for loan approval.
13. If secured loans, facilitate and process the annotation
14. Do follow ups for the delayed payments and ensure that all actions need to be taken including sending of notices have been done accordingly based on existing credit operations manual
15. Attends client queries.
16. Reminds clients regarding their loan amortization due.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any Business-Related Course, Senior High School Graduate of ABM strand or Undergraduate of any course.
2. With good customer service skills.
3. Good communication skills.
4. With own motorcycle and updated driver's license.
5. Computer literate.
6. Willing to do field work.
7. Having experience in the same field is an advantage.

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri (9AM - 6PM)
