Ring2Voip is seeking a skilled and experienced Skyswitch VoIP System Manager to join our team. As a Skyswitch VoIP System Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our VoIP systems powered by Skyswitch. You will oversee the configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the VoIP network, ensuring reliable and efficient communication services for our company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Skyswitch VoIP system infrastructure
- Configure and integrate VoIP devices and equipment
- Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP network performance issues
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical problems related to the VoIP system
- Ensure system reliability and security through regular updates and patches
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance
- Provide training and technical support to employees regarding the VoIP system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in VoIP technology
Requirements
- Proven experience as a VoIP System Manager, preferably with Skyswitch
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols, SIP trunking, and codecs
- Familiarity with routing and switching technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in network configuration and management
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Certifications in VoIP systems or related fields are a plus
