Title: Site Support (Inventory) Supervisor
The
Site Support (Inventory) Supervisor is responsible for the effective and efficient planning, organizing, leading and controlling production operations in his/her assigned production area to meet product volume, quality, timeliness, good manufacturing practices, sanitation and hygiene.
- Prepares and carries out the daily/weekly production schedule based on production volume and work orders.
- Oversees in-process standards and specifications in his assigned area that are well-understood and consistently adhered to.
- Supervises the quality, usage/consumption of production materials, and other operational requirements issued to his area.
- Administers assigned area and contributes to the consistent attainment of quality and safety standards for finished products and in the workplace.
- Initiates process improvements, equipment upgrades, and other opportunities for innovation.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Food Science and Technology or any Engineering/Business Courses.
- With at least five (5) years working experience in Food Manufacturing or Depot Operations, inventory control policy, procedures, reconciliations, and other related activities.
- Preferably, with experience in SAP System.
- Must be able to design inventory process flow for transaction efficiency.
- Keen in monitoring and sustaining high performance metrics like inventory record accuracy
- Must have background in process improvements and demonstrate responsibility when carrying out work.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft word, Excel and preparation of Power Point Presentation
- Must be able to grasp technical concepts quickly.
- Candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedules in Marilao, Bulacan.
