Job Requirements:- Must be Graduate of Business or Engineering Degree
MBA or Master's in any related field is an advantage- With at least 5 years experience in Branch and Business Development and with People Management experience
Excellent business perceptiveness in branch and business development- Strong knowledge in lease contract, documentation and negotiation
Thorough knowledge in financial analysis
- Strong management skills and performance evaluation
Able to execute programs in increasing market presence and improve profitability through effective selection and acquisition of new locations based on company standards- Able to build good partnership and relationship with operation
Able to create comprehensive database of property owners
- Create and implement effective strategies to meet the goal of the department
Knowledgeable in the creation and presentation of business plans- Strong and effective communication skills
Able to deliver assigned tasks with accuracy on a timely manner
