Site Safety Officer shall coordinate and implement health and safety system by identifying and assessing hazards, proposing and implementing safety controls, and providing advice about accident prevention and occupational health to the management and employees. He is responsible for developing and monitoring safety procedures, presenting safety training programs, auditing work practices, investigation and advising the safety chairman on all matters related to incidents or accidents and preparing appropriate recommendation to prevent its recurrence.
