Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will be responsible for submittals, managing architecture projects, project management, leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED), and building information modeling (BIM). The Project Architect will also be responsible for on-site architectural supervision of the project team in Surigao Del Norteand report to the Project Manager and General Manager.
Experience in submittals, architecture, and project management
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification requirements
Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM)- Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and supervise on-site project teams
- Familiarity with all phases of the design process, from schematic design through construction administration
Bachelor's degree in architecture (Licensed)- Experience with hospitality or resort projects is a plus

Pay: Php30,- 00 - Php39,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay
