Site Marketing Program Manager for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role will be responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of web content targeted to active subscription members. The candidate will also work cross functionally on the testing of website content to help develop and optimize site member experience.
- Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Site Marketing Program Manager
Specific duties include but not limited to the following tasks:
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing content aimed toward nurturing current subscribers to upgrade and participate in key member moments.
Develop and manage site content calendars in conjunction with monthly themes and membership events.
- Create and execute A/B testing plan with guidance from cross-functional teams and deliver thoughtful analysis based on performance results to drive changes to site assets and member experiences
Leverage web analytics to understand interaction with site content and conversion funnel.- Optimize web content according to modern best practices
Work closely with the Front-End development and Product team to ensure accurate execution of site changes.
To be successful in this role you must
- 3-5+ years of digital merchandising leadership experience
Start-up and rapid growth experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience using data to measure performance and determine optimization plan
2+ years of experience in website A/B testing (Adobe Target and/or Xenia preferred)- Willing to be hands-on yet strategic.
Ability to make sound decisions confidently equally using intuition and data.
- Ability to manage through ambiguous and subjective situations.
Autonomous work style yet has a strong sense of collaboration, urgency, creativity and results driven.- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible to pivot with competing priorities and provide timely crisis management.
Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, while also fairly evaluating all possible solutions in making strategic decisions.
- Resilience, tenacity, high energy. Able to rapidly bounce back from adversity.
Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or related field.
