Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Civil Technology- Previous experience in construction site inspection, quality control, or a similar role
Proficiency with construction inspection tools
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
Attention to Detail- Proficiency in identifying issues on-site, proposing solutions, and coordinating with various stakeholders for resolution.
Effective verbal and written communication for reporting to construction engineers, clients, and the Department Head.
- Ability to conduct regular on-site inspections, which may require walking, standing, and working in various weather conditions
Has driver's license
