JOB SUMMARY: - The position is responsible in implementation and monitoring of HR services such as timekeeping, issuance of contracts, employee benefits, incentive programs, company events, disciplinary actions, and training programs.
It also provides employee counseling and information for basic HR policies, processes and procedures.
- Welcomes newly hired employees deployed on sites by conducting initial orientation and tour
- Coordinates with head office HR for implementing various HR functions such as timekeeping, issuance of contracts, employee benefits, incentive programs, company events, disciplinary actions, and training programs
- Coordinates with HR staffs and managers at the head office for updates and alignment of HR service.
