Major Function- A. BUSINESS PROCESS : Compliance to Business Process Strategic Structure Alignment
Responsible for the overall directions, development and implementation of Sector / Site objectives, standards, policies, procedures and strategies in support and alignment with the overall business plan.
Responsible for leading, organizing, planning and controlling operational activities and resources aligned with warehousing practices and product distribution standards.
Ensure operating plans are well designed and up-to-date and are executed according to site standards by working closely with different departments and clients/ customers within FSC, as well as compliances on Government Regulations, Permits and Ordinances for Warehousing and Transport Distribution.
Ensure that compliances and timely actions are executed related to People Concerns, Information and Technology, Space and Machine requirements.
Ensure that Warehouse Management Fee contract are executed aligned with the details of the agreement and contribute to the growth and profitability of the business.

Leads the development of the warehouse site's direction.

Ensure the delivery timeliness and accuracy of inventory records of the various sections in the departments.

Monitor warehouse modules to ensure the complete and timely delivery of materials and compliance with the systems.

Handle resource and organization issues to maximize the effective use of labor, tools and equipment and reduce warehousing cost to provide efficient service to customers.

Lead employees development current and future planning in the assigned warehouse unit.
Zero incidence of failure to coordinate with HR-OD for employees career development.
Work with other warehouse departments to align the standard warehousing action plan and best practices.
Zero incidence of failure to work with other departments to realize the standard warehousing action plan.
Drive standardization of operating systems across the section in the warehouse unit.
Zero incidence of failure to continue to search for the way to standardize operating systems across all section of the warehouse unit.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the VP-Operations / Management.
Othermajor activities assigned to Sector Head / Manager.
- Provide Project Proposal or Unsolicited solutions to principal aligned with 3R's/Profiling/Benchmarking and 12 World Class Mindsets.
- Regularly monitorCustomer Scorecard Performance based on Customers KPI/Productivity Implementation/PISM Dashboard/QMR Capturing.
- Measure, Analyze, Interpret and initiate corrective actions on non compliance KPI covered for Sector A.
- C. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
- OMP- Lead the compliance in implementing Operations Master Plan in terms of 8x12 World Class Warehousing Mindset. Ensure that Calendar of Activities were implemented on time.
- Career Development Plan - Lead employees development current and future planning in the assigned warehouse unit. Properly coordinate with HR-OD for employees career development.
- Leadership :- Being on top of the situation.
- Ensures adequate training and resources to all members of the department in relation to the performance of their duties.
- Prepares management reports and data analysis based on the performance related issues which are reviewed during Business Review as well as the Daily and weekly Operations review
- Conduct competency assessment/ re-qualification exams of personnel especially inventory Analyst and warehouse personnel.
- Track performance of all warehouse personnel through their PAF Performance Appraisal Form.

- D. FINANCIAL
- Ensure targeted monthly Operating income per site and overall financial target for Sector A are achieved.
- Ensure On-Time Billing for the WMF- Warehouse Management Fee on a per site basis.
- Monitor and ensure that there is no Profit Leak arising from Inventory Variance, Claims and Damages, Pallet Inventory Loss.
- Thinking out of the Box : Sharing a Cost Saving Project to reduce Fast Logistics related spending and costs.
