JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of Civil Engineering; Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer

related work experience- Computer literate; Well versed in scheduling using MS project
Supervises all rebars, proper installation, and dismantling of forms and concreting works.- Interprets and executes plans and specifications.
Controls the overall inter-phasing of structural works.
- Coordinates and assists the sub-contractor for the proper execution of work assignments.
Enforces the implementation of quality plans and objectives.- Assists the Office Manager in the timely submission and approval of queries and submittals.
Conducts quantity take-offs and due diligence based on approved plans and specifications.
- Assists the Office Manager in monitoring project accomplishment.
* Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
