Roles and Responsibilities- Managing the progress of the construction projects (in terms of the labor and materials)
Overseeing building works, set-up of work sites and facilities- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Supervising contracted staff in collaboration with the Site Foreman
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and required timelines
Preparing site accomplishment reports (for monitoring and billing purposes) and filling in relevant paperwork required by the general contractors- Attending Technical, Management and Safety meetings
- Education/Qualifications:
Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architecture
Unlicensed Civil or Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management graduates as well as fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Background in the facade (glass and aluminum) industry and project management is an advantage
