Civil Engineeringwith License- More than 5 years working experience in construction or the same field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Experience in demolition works, relocation of utilities and pre-construction survey (dilapidation)
Manage, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner- Conduct site inspection and daily photographs
Prepare documents like method statements, inspection request, non-conformance and others
- Supervise and monitor subcontractor's activity, manpower, equipment and tools
Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and three months schedule Prepare estimates
- Attend inspection with client and consultant
Understand the basic safety regulations and apply it for construction site- Calculate quantities of materials to be used at the construction site
