- Duties and Responsibilities:
Good team player with less supervision
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications; overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site; preparing reports as required
Monitors all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on site based on submitted and approved work sequence and methodology. Interprets and executes plans and specifications- Checks work design and technical specifications if implemented correctly on site
Resolves the cause of delay in target schedule and problems related to work activity
- Coordinates and monitors work on proper execution and compliance to Quality plan
Supervise of day to day operations of the site work- Interact with Project Manager for clarification in design;
Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, and delay in work to the Project Manager
- Actively monitor the work environment for hazards
Assist in the quality and safety audit- Identify and highlight possible risks on the project
Assist in necessary project documentation
- Accurately inventorying the job site and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
