Site Engineer (CVM Land Inc.) for Jala-Jala, Rizal

Job description

The site engineer's responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines. • RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.

Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.

• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.

Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.

• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

• EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Additional certificates or licenses may be required.

• EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Since its incorporation, the company has engaged itself through massive land banking in the area of Pasig, Malabon, Rizal, Batangas, Mindoro, Agusan del Norte, Davao, Gen. Santos, Palawan as well as pocket residential and commercial real estate investments scattered all over the country.

The property leasing arm provides the recurring income through rents and the property management insures that land banked and developed properties are well maintain and compliant to government requirements.

Currently, the direction of CVM Land, Inc. is towards development of prime properties held by the company to increase its revenues generated from sales and leasing. As an initial project, the company developed a pocket community in Morong, Rizal under the name of Casa Lagundi which sold out quickly. Several projects are lined up for development within the province of Rizal and several more are planned out outside Rizal province.
