Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering field preferably in MECHANICAL.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Must be Computer Literate ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Can work without direct supervision, Knows basic clerical duties, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Good in writing and listening skills

A high level of attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

• JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

Review and interprets blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and construction.

• Prepares technical construction specifications and methodologies.

Prepares preliminary construction schedules.

• Conducts surveys to gather field data.

Supervises daily construction activities and ensures works are in compliance with the plans and specifications.

• Reports and submits daily to the Construction Manager daily activity and accomplishment reports

Interprets plans and estimate actual material take-off for requisitions

• Coordinates with Construction Manager to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and clarifies design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time

Prepares billing requirements

• Ensures quality of workmanship

Organizes workload to ensure deadlines are met; schedules work assignments in order of priority and date received

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager & Higher Management.
