Overview:
As the Construction Site Design Manager at Rockwell Nepo, Angeles City, Pampanga, you will oversee and manage all site design aspects across various construction projects, including retail developments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise site design activities for construction projects, including retail projects, at Rockwell Nepo, Angeles City, Pampanga.
- Ensure site layouts, grading, drainage, and other design elements comply with Rockwell's quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement design solutions that meet project objectives and enhance retail functionality.
- Oversee the design coordination process for retail projects to ensure seamless integration of architectural and engineering elements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor design implementation and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of design milestones.
- Provide expertise and guidance on site design principles and construction techniques tailored to retail environments.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates to project management, emphasizing retail-specific design considerations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; licensed Architect preferred.
- Previous experience in site design management, with a strong preference for retail or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
