Site Architect

-Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, preferably licensed.

-With at least 2 years experience in the same position and worked with the same industry ( Construction Industry)

-Background in Residential projects is a must

- Knowledgeable in project documentation & reporting

-With good interpersonal communication skills both oral and written

- Has the ability to manage time to strictly meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare architectural drawings and designs, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.

Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure that project specifications and requirements are met.

• Perform site tasks as needed, such as surveying, site inspection, and other construction-related work.

Prepare project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and invoices.
