SITE ARCHITECT

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Site Architect with a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and proficiency in various design and presentation software's. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.

• Key Responsibilities:

will assist the Senior Architect in architectural planning, design and drafting works. The candidate may also be given a chance to conduct project inspection with assistance on technical analysis and project management.

Collaborate with Senior Architect and other departments to develop innovative concepts and solutions.

Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using SketchUp, Enscape, and CAD software.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions to contribute creative ideas and insights.

Site Visits and coordination to ensure the design elements.

• Job Qualifications:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a good design language and proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion and CAD software. (Revit is an advantage)

Ability to read, understand and produce construction documents that shows strong technical skills

• Excellent visual and spatial awareness with a passion for design innovation.

Solid understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Willing relocate anywhere for site visit

Pay: Php18,

• 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
  
  Schedule:
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

Overtime pay

• Performance bonus

• Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• architect: 1 year (Preferred)

site architect: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
