Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed. Interfaces with suppliers as required.

- Conduct site visits to assess store layouts.

Provide training and support to store staff on layout changes.- Maintain accurate records of store layouts and changes.

- QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.
Construction supervision experience, a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations and space planning.
