Assess trade area readiness and acquire the best site for Powerhouse Stores ;- Prepares market development plan and analysis for open and upcoming stores;
Negotiate for the lease and terms of sites and facilitate the contract of lease signing ;
- Works with cross functional teams and various internal/external partners to grow the business ;
Assist in store openings and events ; Convert existing hardware to PH store;
- Other necessary task related to real estate, site acquisition and expansion.
