Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The Site Acquisition Specialist primary responsibility is to assist in growing the business by identifying and cultivating potential franchisees as well as locating, identifying, studying and deliberating viable sites for the establishment of a Generika drugstore branch.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify potential areas of where new Generika drugstores may be established as well as where existing franchisees may expand their operations
Assess the viability of sites which have been referred by interested inquirees and franchisees.
  • Franchise orientation to the inquiry.
Conduct market studies on potential sites including transaction and price surveys of competitors in the area
  • Present potential and viable sites before Generika management for deliberation.
Assist his immediate superior in orienting and evaluating potential franchisees
  • Works the booth at specific tradeshows and conferences
Assists the inquiry/ franchisee in negotiating terms and conditions of the lease as well as closing the site with the lessor.
  • Cultivate third party agents as site spotters
Check email and electronic updates and respond In a timely manner
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of the lease contract for the approved site.
To look for a spotters / tpa on assigned areas coverage.
  • Prepare or assist in the consolidation of the franchise agreement needed during contract signing between franchisor and franchisee
Prepare and submit reports to the Business development supervisor or Regional Manager regarding all update/status in his area.
  • Assist in the preparation of the fact book of the cluster where he is assigned
Accommodate other task relevant to the business dev and / or assigned by the BDS and BDM in order for him to function as BDA of Generika

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors / College Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in Sales, Business Development (Site Acquisition) or Marketing
COMPETENCIES
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
Must be able to write in a professional/business manner
  • With good negotiation and presentation skills
With Driving skills & With Driver's License (Motorcycle & 4 wheel Vehicles)
  • Can work under pressure
Knowledgeable on MS Power Point, MS Word & MS Excell.
  • Can work long hours with out overtime pay
Willing to be assignedin provincial areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php27,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
