Tasks & Responsibilities:- Suggest as many suitable store locations as possible according to the parameters specified by the company.
Search in the area defined by the Expansion Manager he/she reports to.- Find out the contact details of the landlord and contact him directly.
Gather important information prior to proposal.
- Confirm available documentation of the property.
Report any other important matters and incidents to the Expansion Manager as soon as possible.- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.- Has experience in conducting market research and feasibility studies.
Negotiation skills, good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Due Diligence of property to be acquired or lease.
