JOB SUMMARY:The Site Acquisition Manager oversees the entire process of developing new branches, from initial mobilization to handover to operations. They work with the operations team to plan expansion locations and create strategic budget allocation plans.
The candidate has over five years of experience in Business Development, particularly in the construction industry, with expertise in lease contracts, documentation, and negotiation.
- They possess strong financial analysis skills, management capabilities, and the ability to evaluate performance.
The candidate excels in executing programs to enhance market presence and profitability, selecting and acquiring new locations based on company standards.- They are skilled in building partnerships, creating comprehensive property owner databases, and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals.
Additionally, they are adept at creating and presenting new business locations, and demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to timely and accurate task completion.
- A graduate of Business, Management or Engineering
At least 5 years of experience particularly in a management level position.

Pay: Php50,- 00 - Php65,000.00 per month
