Job descriptionA Retail Store Manager is responsible for managing a retail store, which includes overseeing sales, staff and inventory. Retail Store Managers have the ff duties and responsibilites:
- Responsible for managing the overall daily operations of the store, checking cash deposits daily, equipment monitoring (PC desktop, credit card terminals, sound system, aircon, IPAD, telephone, mobile phone), accepts delivery and pull out items for display from warehouse team and ensure that employee discipline is complied with daily, (Attendance, complete uniform, clean & well-groomed employees, lunch break on time, no loitering)
- Provide awesome customer service at the showroom and assist sales associates if needed.
- Cross sell items to customers to increase sales.
- Arrange items for visual design of in store items.
- Checks the daily sales report submitted by Sales Associates and makes sure that the Sales Journal is always updated.
- Assist Marketing Officer in visual interior design of the showroom.
- Provide assistance to customer's issues, concerns & inquiries.
- Daily short meeting with the Staff for briefing and motivation for the work day ahead.
- Daily debriefing of sales associates at the end of the business day to know the day's challenges and issues encountered.
Qualifications:
- With experience in handling store and employees.
- Can start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
