Showroom Presentation:
Design and maintain attractive and functional showroom displays to showcase products.Design Consultation:
Offer personalized design solutions, including layout planning and material selection, based on customer preferences.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the showroom's product range and new arrivals; provide detailed information to customers.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to drive showroom sales; address customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
Trend Awareness:
Keep up with industry trends to ensure showroom displays and recommendations are current and appealing.Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and support.- Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Interior Design or related field.- Experience in retail or showroom environments preferred.
Proficiency in design software and strong visual presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
