Job Summary
In a nutshell, the Showroom Associate responsibilities are related to overseeing the day-to-day operations of a showroom.
Key responsibilities
- Front Desk/Customer Service: Greet customers and answer phones, find out what they need then endorse them to the appropriate Retail & Design Consultant.
- Showroom Management: Ensure that showroom displays are visually appealing and well-maintained; collaborate with the appropriate teams to implement changes in displays as needed.
- Showroom Inventory Management: Keep track of available stocks in the showroom including the not-for-sale displays, food/drinks for serving clients and swatches; coordinate with appropriate teams to restock items as necessary.
- Reporting: Ensure correct recording and reporting of walk-in client information.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling for the use of showroom facilities.
- Database Management: Updated database of partners, suppliers, and customers.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to accommodate occasional overtime during renovation season.
Fluent in English.
