We are seeking a skilled Shopify Specialist to join our team, responsible for setting up and managing our Shopify store for both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have experience with onboarding new clients, handling end-to-end order processing, and ensuring a seamless e-commerce experience for our customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Shopify Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Shopify's platform, including themes, apps, and APIs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and HTML is a plus.
- Configure and customize Shopify stores for both local and international markets.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including currency, tax settings, and language localization.
- Implement responsive design principles to create mobile-friendly storefronts.
- Integrate necessary third-party applications and plugins to enhance store functionality.
- Guide new clients through the Shopify onboarding process, ensuring they understand platform capabilities and features.
- Provide training sessions and resources to clients on using Shopify effectively.
- Assist clients with data migration from other e-commerce platforms to Shopify.
- Create and maintain documentation for the onboarding process.
- Add and update product listings, including images, descriptions, prices, and inventory levels.
- Organize products into collections and ensure accurate tagging for easy navigation.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and search engine rankings.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and updating of product availability.
- Handle all aspects of order processing, from receiving orders to shipping and fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (email, chat, phone) to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on the Shopify platform.
- Assist customers with account issues, order tracking, and product questions.
- Create and manage discount codes, promotional campaigns, and special offers.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase average order value.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
