Job Title: Shopify Plus Admin Assistant
Location: Fully-Remote
Reports to:E-commerce Manager
Work Schedule: 6 am to 3 pm EST; Sunday - Thursday (negotiable)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Plus Admin Assistant with hands-on experience in managing Shopify stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Shopify Plus, with the ability to create and merchandise new products, manage promotions, and maintain the overall visual appeal of the site. This role also involves handling order management and customer service tasks to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management:
- Create, update, and manage product listings on Shopify Plus, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO optimization
- Merchandise products on the site, ensuring accurate categorization and effective cross-selling opportunities
- Site Merchandising & Visual Management:
- Manage and update banners, graphic assets, and other visual elements on the site to align with promotional activities and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the design team to implement new graphics and promotional materials
- Promotions & Discounts:
- Set up and manage promotions, discounts, and special offers on Shopify Plus
- Implement promotional codes and track their performance to optimize sales
- Order Management & Customer Service:
- Oversee order processing, including monitoring, fulfillment, and tracking
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges
- Data & Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior using Shopify's analytics tools
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product listings, site navigation, and overall user experience
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Shopify, preferably Shopify Plus
- Proven experience in creating and managing product listings, site merchandising, and promotional activities
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Shopify's admin interface and Liquid templating language
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense with experience in managing graphic assets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
