Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shop Operator to manage our shop. The Shop Operator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of employees.
Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including
- Upload and update the new product listing
Managing inventory of the shop- Responsible for campaigns and promotion tools
Ads strategy and data analyze
- Tracking competitor pricing
Follows up on late shipments, and ensures the shop order fulfillment rate.
Has shop operation experience in Lazada, shopee and shopify- Knows how to use promotional tool
Knows how to join the campaign
Familiar with ERP to process orders- Has customer service skills and is able to provide high-quality customer service.
Strong communication skills, working under pressure, multi-tasking ability
- Strong execution ability, self-driven, study the facts, and data, and pushes

- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
