Objective:
To oversee the operation and activities in Motor Pool to meet the company's objective in ensuring proper implementation of vehicle maintenance.
To oversee the operation and activities in Machine Shop to meet the company's objective in providing brand new and repaired Shafts and other metal fabrication requirement within the company.
To oversee the operation and activities in Rewinding Shop.
To provide support to Barge Operations in monitoring of maintenance supplies.
To manage spare parts and consumables issuance and inventory.
Minimum Education/Experience Required:
Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably with background in Automotive, Machining or Machine Shop Operation. With minimum of 3 years relevant experience in metal fabrication, have worked in a Machine Shop/Automotive shop.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Can handle and supervise a group of work force.
Aggressive, displays leadership capability, a team player, a motivator and resourceful.
Proactive and can work with minimal supervision.
