Archistra is preparing a 1000 sqm. photography studio called Midnight Dream Photo Studio in Glorietta, Makati.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Store Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our photography studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and excellent customer service skills. The Store Manager will also be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the studio's high standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the photography studio, including scheduling, inventory management, and sales.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of hall staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- More than two (2) year of proven experience in retail or studio management, preferably in a photography or creative environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of photography and studio equipment is a plus.
- Open to working various shifts and able to work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays). Weekends are where all the magic happens!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,
- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
