A well-established restaurant company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts.
- The Shift Manager will be responsible for:
Ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining operational standards.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
At least 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Management Trainee in FMCG or restaurant operations
Open to undergraduates with solid experience, but a college degree is preferred- Experience with P&L/Inventory Management is a plus
