Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or other related field is required- At least 2 years of work experience as a Manager / Shift Manager or similar role
Must have experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and handling inventory
- Ensures proper staffing across all stations (FOH and BOH) of the restaurant
Trained in food and beverage safety and hygiene procedures- With excellent communication, leadership, customer service, and people skills
Organized and detail oriented
- Must have excellent floor management skills
Strong planning, organizing, problem analysis and decision making abilities- Flexible to be available on weekends, night shifts and holidays
