- To act on behalf of the company on matters to pertaining to the day-to-day operations of the Company;
To follow company instructions and policy and maintain the good standard of quality of service and products;
- To work with honesty, integrity, and morality at any time;
To guide subordinates so that they can understand and follow company instructions and policy;- To be a good example to his/her subordinates;
To manage and control subordinates performance and behavior;
- To maintain proper attire and appearance of the employees. As manager, you are required to wear formal or semi-formal attire during work hours;
To observe and manage employees attendance;- To keep the cleanliness and sanitary condition of the restaurant;
To check that the restaurant is ready for operation every day;
- To provide the best service to the customers;
To know and understand every menu of the restaurant;- To observe proper serving to customers;
To check and manage reservations;
- To handle customers complaints;
To deal with damages and breakages of company's properties and make the staff responsible accountable therefor;- To deal with mistakes of employees;
To manage the day off schedules of employees and seek approval thereof from the management;
- To order supplies for company according to the actual needs thereof for proper operation;
To make daily updates and reports to the management;- To control inventory of supplies and company properties;
To check employees request for leaving the work early;
- To make sure closing of the daily operation is properly done; and
To perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Company's executives.
