Oversee the sorting center processes (such as inbound, sorting and outbound) and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved
Create of schedule and monitoring of tasks and duties; manage overall performance and attendance
Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines
Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
Provide reports to Functional Lead and/or SOC Lead for internal performance reporting
Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
Keen with details and has background in process improvement
