Qualifications:- Proven experience as a sewer or in a similar role in the textile or garment industry.
Familiarity with different types of fabrics and sewing techniques.- Strong attention to detail and precision in sewing and garment construction.
Ability to read and interpret patterns, templates, and technical drawings.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Annual Outing
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Operate Sewing Machines -use industrial sewing machines to sew, hem, and finish garments and textiles.
Set up machines, including threading and adjusting tension settings.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on sewing equipment.
Garment Construction - Follow patterns, templates, and instructions to construct garments.- Measure, cut, and sew fabrics accurately to specified dimensions.
Assemble fabric pieces with precision, ensuring proper alignment and stitching.
- Alterations and Repairs - Perform alterations on garments, including resizing, hemming, and patching.
Repair damaged or worn clothing and textiles, ensuring they are restored to a high standard.- Customize garments based on customer specifications.
Quality Control - Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to improve garment fit and finish.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and efficiency.- Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with designers, pattern makers, and production managers to understand requirements and timelines.
Communicate any issues or concerns regarding fabric, patterns, or machinery promptly.Provide feedback on design feasibility and suggest improvements.
