Job Description

General Function
  • Responsible in providing Daily Transaction Report to all outlets/Partner Operators
Responsible in preparing the cash recon statement of each outlet on a timely basis
  • Extracts identified key parameters from the exchange and prepares summary reports for internal use and business partners on a timely basis
Develops and maintains financial models and reports using spreadsheets, graphs and charts for analysis and other operational purposes
  • Prepares accurate reports through the comparison between system and transactional documents at pre-determined periods
Identifies and reports irregularities and process changes related to the job
  • Identifies ways and means to improve existing processes to make it convenient for all parties concerned
  • Internal Affairs
Work closely with the Settlement and Collection Supervisor in providing timely reports and analysis of various issues encountered
  • Establishes reporting system and feedback mechanism with other units of the team and the company
May be given adhoc tasks that is in-line with the team's function
  • Liaises/reports any system as well as operational procedures or process flow with concerned individuals / units / department
  • External Affairs
Maintains and develops the relationship between any parties, internal or third party, in relation to any report that is used and provided with utmost confidentiality and ensures efficiency and promptness in the handling of the same
  • Represents the team in meetings related to job role
  • Administrative Affairs
Accomplishes all required forms and regular reports relevant to the position in a timely and accurate manner
  • Adheres to all the company's administrative policies and procedures, and enforces the same
Ensures the positive reflection of the company's image through appropriate behavior and demeanor in conducting company business
  • Qualifications and Requirements
With relevant experience in a similar role/responsibility, with background in report preparation
  • Has good organizational skills
Has good computer skills MS Office, Internet, Outlook
  • Has good numerical and analytical skills
Willing to render overtime and/or be on a shifting schedule
  • Always on-call if required even during weekends and holidays
Has good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Can coordinate with various personnel across the company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php22,500.00 per month
